My Birthday...

So yes I turned another year older as we all do every year and this year was no different. I was woke up by my two kids and loving husband with coffee in bed and cards. Loved it...got in the shower and got a phone call from other two favorite kids singing me Happy Birthday on their way to school...and then I was off to work where my office was decorated and candy awaited me on my desk we had Claim Jumper brought in and cake my mom and husband stopped by for a minute opened gifts and then a couple hours later I was off to get a massage. My bestest friend watched my kids even longer for me and then met us at Market Broiler for dinner and dessert. I was spoiled with I Love Lucy stuff it was the best Lucy thank you. So all in all I had a great day good food great gifts and most importantly all of the most important people in my life My Family. I love you ALL thank you for another great year.

Abigail Brooke Turley

Isn't SHE just beautiful. Also chubby. This is the newest addition to the family. My Siter Liz had Abigail Brooke on 11-15-06 at 1:14 p.m. Abigail came in weighing a hefty 9 lbs. 5 oz. She is 20.5 inches long and her head was 14.5 cm. Big squishy baby. She loves to eat and sleep. She is so sweet I just loves this little baby. I can love her more right now though because I do not have to get up with her every three hours to feed her. Alisa loves her sister also very much. Congratulations guys she is beautiful and healthy. You have done good once again God!

777 Outreach Event

ok.... it's finally here!  Our first true outreach event.  We'll be having "Santa maria barbequed, carne asada", at the hands of our very own Ray Alva (woodcrest).  jumper and fun for the kids, many promotional booths... ie.  x103.9 radio, usko, 777 souls, Monster energy and the best part, a hardcore worship time with Trauma, C.L. Ryderz, and the 777 house band.  Come and listen to video testimonies of those whom God has touched through 777 and a short message from myself on....livin the life

My Man

It is hard for me to think where to start. My husband is a very quiet individual. Not just at 777 or church. He is quiet at home as well. On the day we met he was just as quiet. We statred talking about baseball. We played the same postitions so that got him started. We hit it off from there. We went on our first date the next night and after week 1 we were talking about love. I fell fast for this quiet gentle man. He loved on me like no one ever had. He still does today. Do not get me wrong there are times I want to strangle him and say just talk to me. My husband makes it a point to let me know he cares and loves me in othedr ways. He never leaves the house without telling me he loves me and giving me a kiss. He loves to hug on me. Jason is a physical touch person. Not just the 1-2 but always. He is always loving on me by touching me. He tells me I can have whatever I want, so two months ago when I asked him if I could do this what do you think his response was. Sure sweety whatever you want. So we started planning. He is wearing a tuxedo for me and so you must really know that he loves me because he is a very hot individual and the ceremony is outside and it is suposed to be 85. Perfect weather for me but hot for him. It is really hard for me to express through words how I feel about My Man he has been more than words to me. I came from a very rough past and God sent me this special love o rescue me from myself and many other people, and rescue me he has. Have you ever felt so much love for someone that god forbid something happen to him I would die inside. He is my other half. Baby you complete me I love you and thank you for being so good to me.

I just realized...

That tomorrow is Friday and I have so much to say to thank everyone so I will be posting a very long blog this evening. So enjoy. First off My BEST Friend Kim. She has been so helpful over the last two months. Yes you heard me we planned this whole thing in two months. Kim and I think alike in many ways but we are so different in one way. She is very organized and I am a procrastinator as she says. I just think I am busy but who knows you better than your best friend (I guess my mom but she would agree with Kim). Kim has been so good for me she has thought of all the things I did not think of but she knew would I would have thought of after and wished I had done them. She has done so much. She came over last night and baked 130 cookies with me yes 130. Not Kim and some other friends just Kim and I. We put together center pieces and also hired the help of Alyssa. I will brag about her in a minute.Put together favors. Got dresses, shoes, to much to tell. Now here is the most amazing thing I have left out until last. I was running around doing stuff to get ready and she was watching my kids. She was not sitting at home eating bon bons while I run around she just had my kids yesterday and went to 7 shoe stores and various other stores with my kids and 1 more. So she ran errands with my kids and I ran them by myself. You can only imagine had non stressful that was for me and how stressful it was for Kim. Now that is what I call true friendship. Kim, on top of all that I have to now put you on the spot so everyone can know what a great friend you are. I can not thank you enough for all you have done for me in the last year and a half it seems like we have grown up together. We are truly like sisters. God has blessed me more than  you can know. I can not even put into words. I know that we do not see eye to eye on everything but no matter what you are there for me and you have never betrayed me. I have gained more than a friend I have gained a older sister something God knew I needed. You are my answered prayer. I love you! Now Alyssa, she helped me pick out my dress and did my hair for that evening of trying on dresses. She asked if she could be in my wedding and I thought that was so sweet. But last night she came over with her mom amd asked if she could help with center pieces. She is five so you think yeah you can help but what am I going to have to fix. Answer: Nothing. This girl has talent. She did 4 centerpieces and they came out perfect.Thanks Alyssa I will give you your hiring money I PROMISE.My Mom has done a lot of behind the scenes work. Besides always telling me that it will all work out and keeping me reassured. She found a cook and hired help. She made flower arrangments and made candy. She has done so much. The most important thing she did was prepared me for this thing called family. She showed me something very important. To always love, to not go to sleep mad, to forgive no matter what, (that does not mean I have to put up with you though), to be caring and compassionate about people. LOVE MY FAMILY. She taught me how to be a great Mom. To work hard and never give up on my dreams. I love you mom. My Daddy has been working in the back yard for the last two months laying brick, putting electricity all the way to the jungle gym, planting roses, he has worked so hard to make the yard beautiful for me. But most importantly he has done something I never thought would happen in my lifetime. He made a dream come true for me. I have a dad to give me away. You all know him as Lee and many do not know he is my dad. I knew him as Lee growing up to but six and a half years ago Lee came to me and asked me if he could marry my mom and asked me to help pick out a ring. Six years ago he became my Dad. And this year I am so happy to say we are making it legal My daddy is adopting me. No strings attached I have a Dad! There are a lot of people that have helped in so many ways. so many people that are so special to me but I would be here all night so I will just say a big huge thank you to all. So until tomorrow I will be doing my final wedding post and it will all about my man.

As you may know...

In 3 days my husband and I will be doing we have dreamed of for 5 years(ok I will admit it I have dreamed of he just says ok) I have decided to blog about special people that have helped me to prepare for this day. I will do a few every day before Saturday. Today I want to start with the people that do not get enough credit for what they do. Pastor TJ, or T to me is awesome. I can not even explain to you how God has blessed me in some of his studys just over the last few months. He is going to do our ceremony and pray for dinner. I really wonder if we realize the work that goes into doing a wedding ceremony. I can only speak for TJ because I have seen him do it, but he personalizes every single wedding he does. He get to know the couple, he was asking me questions I never thought he would ask about Jason and I. Also, the one wedding I did see him prepare for; just in the writing prcess took him at least three hours. Just my opinion but I think a pastor is way underpaid for the work they do especially on this day; the most important day of your life. I could go on and on but I won't I just want to say thank you so much TJ for being such a special part of this very special day for Jason and I. Next is Matt Weybright. Matt did a family shoot in our backyard a couple of months ago while my uncle and aunt were here visiting from Florida. I thought it would be caotic not because of Matt but if you know my family there is always drama when we all get together. But Matt knowing my family so well knew what he was getting himself into and prepared for it. I am telling you I have never ever in 26 years have seen my family take that many pictures that fast and easy. It was GREAT! On top of it the pictures came out awesome. I LOVE photography one of my favortie things to do is snap pictures of people. I am the one who takes your picture and you are not even looking. I love candid shots. Matt has this eye and I love it. Matt has been in a small group with my family for about 4 years now. I am sure my mom was very helpful with their wedding as well right guys? : ) So all I can say is he knows my family and what he is getting himself into. Capturing those moments is very important to me and I thank you for doing that Matt. (on a side note Janie will not be there on Saturday because she has a wedding to go to of a family friend in Santa Cruz she is not ditching her husband but letting me use him instead) Lastly but definetly not leastly DJ Ricky. We came across DJ Ricky at the silent auction for Carlos and Heather and baby Losiah. Kim saw the auction item and said look. We were very excited becuase we were planning on asking Ricardo to do this special day and task for us and now we got to kill two birds with one stone. When I called and talked to Amanda I did not know what to expect. We set a meeting and met with Ricardo. He said something that made me feel very comfortable that I will never forget "I am here to coordinate with everyone involved and make this day run smoothly" I can not tell you what those words meant to me and they came from the DJ not that DJing is a little job it is huge but I was not expecting things to be running smoothly as something he was going to be doing. I do not know Ricardo well as I do TJ or Matt but I am very thankful for those words and for all he will be doing for us that day. So to the three of you who will be doing three big things that day I am giving you all a BIG THANK YOU and to all who are reading and planning you can not find a better team anywhere else all these men LOVE what they do and God has blessed them with these talents.

His Will or mine?

What cup have we been given to drink; what seemingly
unbearable burden
have we been given to carry?  Have we been asking,
even demanding, that
the burdens be taken from us, or are we yielding to
the Father's will
and being determined to glorify Him in all we do? 
Let's come to His
table ready and willing to serve; but let's also come
with complete
submission to His perfect plan.  Only in this can we
fulfill the
purpose for which we were created.  Heavenly Father,
we give our life
fully into Your hands - let it unfold, not by our
plans, goals or
desires, but according to Your will.

Control something I think we all have to some degree or another. Or so wre think right?! No matter what we do if we are Gods children and given our lives to him we should have given up that control. NOT EASY!  For me anyway. The irony of it all is I never have control but the evil makes me think I do until it all crumbles around me. Then God shows me how he is in full control . He reminds me that I was I supposedly offered up that control many years ago. If you can not tell God is definetly working on me in the department of trying to control the outcome of my life. I am learning to choose HIS WILL NOT MINE!

Lil Precious

I would like to take this time to brag a little bit. from the day I was born until now this has been a special name. It come in different ways. Presch, Precious, or even Lil Precious. I lost the last one when my baby giorl was born. These are names my Mamma mimmie gave me. I love it when she calls me this. I just smile. So i read a devotion today about being precious in his sight and it made me think of my grandma. She is so precious in his sight. She grew up in a very small town in Florida. Her family was very poor and they all lived a very very hard life. I really have never heard of anything so bad. This women has so much drive. She did great in school and pushed herself to not live that life. She became a Nurse right out of high school. Gott married. Had four kids. Worked while having four kids. She worked hard. She has worked at Riverside General, Hemet Valley hospital and many other side jobs. She only quit working a year ago. She is 71 years old. She did not want to quit but lost vision in one eye and can not read. She has had cancer 3 times and has diabetes, kindey disease and other health problems. up until a few months ago I lived with her. When I was young we ALL lived with her there was a time that there were 12 of us in a three bedroom house at one time 4 women(My grandma, My mom, Aunt  Sue and Aunt Michelle) and 8 kids(myself, my sister Liz, Sister Dawn, Brother Ed, cousins Ashley, Michael, Kelley and Josh) Nobody paid rent just split the utilities. She has taught my family something more important than any other gift. The gift of giving and hospitality. She loves us all so very much. Grandma I can only pray that I am one day as much of a women as you are. I love you and thank you for my name that makes me feel Precious in every way. Thank you for my new house too, I am so happy I can keep that house thathoused us all in the family. I LOVE YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hawaii

Was Beautiful!!! All of the plants were wonderful and even the milipeeds and centipeeds. The birds were beautiful. The wedding was beautiful as all weddin gs are, right! When two people come together as one it is always beautiful and amazing. The most beautiful part of the wedding was watching my husband love on his sister. Jasons dad passed away two years ago this month and so his sister asked Jason to give her away. She also asked Jason to give a speach at the reception. As many ofyou may or may not know my husband has severe anxiety so this was a very difficult task for him to even think about. But he said yes. He also gave his speach in front of twenty friends and family. He represented his Dad. It was one of the most beautiful things I have seen. I cried, his sister bawled. I was very proud of Jason. Jason brought his Dad who would have been otherwise missed to his sisters wedding and it was beautful and a great accomplishment with his anxiety. Did I say how proud I am of him.

So much to do...

So little time. I hear a lot of people say that. Well I am leaving for Hawaii tomorrow and instead of packing I am blogging. As my best friend would say I am such a procrastinator and she is sooo right. I put everything off until the last minute. Unless it is something I want done right away and then I nag until it gets done. (I am seeing Bobbie) I have not blogged in a while and a lot has gone on since then I am planning for a formal vow renewal, went to an Ocean Star Workshop and had so much fun. I surrendered my dream. That is hard for me because I like to have control and I do not like failure but it is in Gods hands now.

I leave for Hawaii at 4:30 in the morning. I have everything sitting out but have not put it in the suitcases yet. I am soooo excited though it is a place I have always wanted to go to see I just wish we had more time there. We are going to see Jasons sister get married. He is giving her away! So we leave tomorrow and come back Monday evening. Not very much time but I am looking forward to seeing Gods beauty. I love looking at the Nature he created. When you are looking at that how can  you not believe in God. Who else could have created all of this knowing how much we would enjoy it.

Then back home to reality tax deadlines at work, finalizing vow renewal stuff, getting my house cleaned out and floors put in, walls painted, and preparing for next tax season already! I swear I will move in and get things in my house organized one day. Not being organized is one of the things that causes me to procrastinate. Oh yeah there is a marriage retreat in there, Halloween, Thanksgiving, Tahoe trip, Logans Birthday, Christmas, Christmas shopping of course, New years, Seminars, and Jasons and Trinity's birthday. I hate this time of the year it leaves me no time to procrastinate : )

Just incase you are wondering I am learning from procrastinating, really! I will post pictures when we get back I am sooo excited : ) Big smiles : )
